travionelquis Motion Graphics Platform
Please read these terms carefully before using our motion graphics learning platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the travionelquis platform (travionelquis.sbs), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our motion graphics educational services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and travionelquis, governing your access to and use of our educational platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform.
2. Educational Services and Content
travionelquis provides motion graphics education through various formats including courses, workshops, tutorials, and learning resources. Our content is designed for educational purposes and skill development in motion graphics, animation, and related creative fields.
All course materials, videos, tutorials, assignments, and educational content remain the intellectual property of travionelquis and our instructors. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during their enrollment period.

- Content is subject to updates and improvements without prior notice
- Completion certificates are awarded based on satisfactory completion of course requirements
- Technical support is provided during standard business hours
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features of our platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information to maintain its accuracy. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

- False information may result in account termination
- Users are responsible for their own internet connectivity and technical requirements
4. Payment Terms and Enrollment
Course fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined during enrollment. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment plans, where available, require adherence to scheduled payment dates.
Refund policies vary by course type and timing of cancellation. Full refund requests must be submitted within seven days of initial enrollment for standard courses. Specialised workshops and intensive programs may have different refund terms as specified during enrollment.
Late payment may result in suspension of access to course materials and platform features. Accounts with overdue balances for more than 30 days may be terminated, with no refund of previously paid amounts.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The travionelquis platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by travionelquis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Students retain ownership of original creative works produced during courses, while travionelquis retains rights to course materials, methodologies, and instructional content. Student work may be used for promotional purposes with prior consent.

- Student portfolio pieces created during courses may be showcased with permission
- Third-party software and assets used in courses remain property of their respective owners
- travionelquis logos and branding may not be used without written permission
6. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully within our learning community. This includes interactions in forums, group projects, live sessions, and any other community spaces within the platform.
Prohibited activities include harassment, discrimination, sharing inappropriate content, academic dishonesty, or any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment for other students.

- Constructive feedback should be provided during peer reviews
- Personal information of other users must not be shared
- Commercial solicitation within community spaces is prohibited
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. This includes information provided during registration, course participation, and platform usage analytics.
Student progress data, assignment submissions, and communication within the platform are stored securely and used solely for educational purposes and platform improvement. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Users have rights regarding their personal data including access, correction, and deletion requests, subject to our data retention requirements for educational records and regulatory compliance.
8. Platform Availability and Technical Requirements
While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connections meet minimum technical requirements for optimal platform performance. Technical specifications and software requirements are outlined in our system requirements documentation.
We provide technical support during business hours for platform-related issues. However, we cannot provide support for personal device configuration or third-party software troubleshooting beyond our educational scope.
9. Limitation of Liability
travionelquis's liability for any claims arising from platform use is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific course or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we strive to provide accurate and current educational content, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of information, or its suitability for specific purposes. Users should verify information independently when applying skills professionally.
We are not responsible for technical difficulties experienced by users due to their internet connection, device limitations, or third-party software issues beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination and Account Closure
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Users may close their accounts through their profile settings or by contacting our support team. travionelquis reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Upon termination, access to course materials and platform features will cease. Users have 30 days to download any personal content or completed assignments before permanent account closure.
Obligations regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination of the agreement. Paid course fees are subject to our refund policy regardless of termination circumstances.
